Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS & USPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note buyer needs to wait for 24 hours for the tracking to show any result.

shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

3. Include the original packing slip comes with the shipment.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been installed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item.
