Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: If you have already made your payment, it depends on the warehouse's progress. We may not be able to cancel your order if your order has already been processed by the warehouse.

A: No, we do not accept money orders. All orders must be paid by Paypal or credit card through Paypal.
Q: Can you ship to another address?
A: We can't ship to another address. According to the Credit Card's Seller Protection Policy, we must ship to the credit card billing address.
Q: How will you refund me?
A: The form of refund will be the same as your payment. For example, if you pay us by paypal, the refund will be sent back to your paypal account with the shipping fee and restocking fee dedcuted. Likewise, if you pay us via propay, the refund will be sent back to your credit card. It usually takes 3-5 days for the refund to be shown on your credit card statement.
Q: How can I exchange one item for another?
A: The buyer must email us first to obtain authorization. The item you wish to exchange must be in the original packaging and be unused in order to be qualified for an exchange. Return shipping fee will be at the cost of the buyer, and we will send the buyer a paypal invoice for reshipping fee.
Q: Can you mark an item as a gift?
A: Sorry, we can't mark down the value or mark it as gift, as this is against federal law. All such requests will be ignored. Besides, for insurance purposes, in order to get the item properly insured for its full value in case your package is lost, we can't mark down the value of the packages.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive the package?
A: For US buyers: If your package is shipped via USPS, it takes 2-3 days after you receive the tracking number. If your package is shipped via UPS, it should take 1-6 days. If your package is shipped via Fedex, it takes about 1-5 days, depending on your location. For international buyers: it takes 2-4 weeks.
Q: I received USPS tracking number, but nothing is showing up in the tracking information. Have you shipped my package?
A: Please be aware that the postal service does not always scan our products at point of entry, and many times, there will be no tracking information until delivery. The tracking number we provide is officially only a "Delivery Confirmation." However, it is a good idea to check the tracking several times, as they do update the information.
Q: On your listing, what does 1-day processing time mean?
A: One-day processing time means we will process your order within one business day. This includes the print label, selecting packaging for your order, then sending your package to the shipping carrier. One-day processing does NOT mean it only takes one day for the package to get to you. It still takes several days for the shipping carrier to deliver your order.
Q: Can I pick up locally?
A: Sorry, we don't accept local pickups.
Q: My item was damaged during shipping. How do I return it?
A: If your item is damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the damaged item and contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can discuss your options.
